When you place an order on our website, an authorization is placed on your bank account for the amount of your order. An authorization is a communication from your bank to our payment system letting us know your card is valid and the required funds are available. These authorizations may show as “pending” on your bank statement until the funds are captured. Once the card is charged for the order, the authorization will drop off from your bank statement, typically within 1-2 business days. Credit and debit card providers differ in how long they will hold an authorization for a pending transaction. If your order has an extended lead time, a member of our Payments team may reach out requesting to charge the card in advance to avoid losing the authorization. Authorizations and/or pending transactions will hold these funds on your bank account, which can result in overdraft fees. Hammerhead assumes no liability for fees in the event of such an overdraft.
Our Hammerheads are very well packaged from the factory. All Hammerheads are shipped in the factory crate to minimize potential damage in transit.  If your Hammerhead has received severe damage (unit is visibly exposed from packaging, or exterior packaging is damaged) refuse the package and contact us immediately. If you choose to sign for the item and minor damage has occurred, keep all packaging materials and reference our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee for details on your options.
We only sell brand new Hammerhead machines, detergents and parts.
We do not accept trade-ins at this time.

Shipping

Order processing of in-stock items takes 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
All items will ship via UPS or FedEX Freight. Shipping time varies depending on your location’s distance from our warehouse in Camp Hill, PA. Please allow 5-7 business days for your item to arrive.
Tracking information is provided via email once your order has been processed.

At this time we only ship within the continental U.S.

Return Policy

All regularly stocked items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, so long as they are unused and in the original packaging. A return credit will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the product(s). Shipping charges paid at the time of checkout will not be credited along with the return. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We are unable to accept returns of any detergents purchased. This allows us to ensure the products are good to use and have not been tampered with. Be sure to check out Detergent Guidelines page to see what detergent is best for you prior to purchasing.

Troubleshooting

Cracked or broken front brush mount plates can be replaced using the wrench and screwdriver included with the 950MS sweeper. Replacement brush mounting plates can be ordered here.

If your Hammerhead 900SX Sweeper’s front brushes are intermittently starting and stopping during operation, the most likely cause is an overly sensitive rotation activator switch. You will need a long allen wrench to perform this adjustment.
